Raising our family in Stillwater, has been our family’s best decision. We were drawn to this area because of the amazing quality of life - due in large part to the region’s natural resources.

Finding mission-based work protecting our beloved St. Croix River has highlighted the uniqueness of our riverway communities, and why we need commissioners working together to make smart, sustainable, forward-looking decisions for Washington County residents today, and well into the future.

After having grown up in Wisconsin, my life until our family started was filled with adventures outside of the Midwest. I was able to study Exercise Physiology as well as Nutrition at Colorado State University. After that my education took me to Logan College in St. Louis, Missouri where I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Then a period of time living and working in Dublin, Ireland allows me to bring a unique lived experience to this role.

As soon as Stillwater became our home, I started volunteering with the library as a trustee. That exposure to serving on a community board propelled me onto the planning commission, which has fueled my desire to serve Washington County as Commissioner of District 3.

Throughout my career, building relationships has always been a focus: whether with patients in the clinic, members in the nonprofits I have worked with, or colleagues in my volunteer efforts. I am looking forward to connection with district residents - listening and learning - as I campaign to serve those in my community.
